Everyone who is exposed to UV radiation should take Heliocare Oral,especially if you want to protect yourself against premature aging. Athletes like swimmers, golfers and sailors should also take Heliocare Oral for sun protection. Heliocare Oral capsules should be taken half an hour before sun exposure. Heliocare Oral : 2 capsules a day for daily sun exposure (1 in the morning and 1 at mid-day). 4 capsules (2 in the morning and 2 at mid-day) if intense sun exposure is expected. Heliocare Fern Mar Plus /D Plus : 1 capsule a day for daily sun exposure. 2 capsules (1 in the morning and 1 at mid-day) if intense sun exposure is expected.
